Or maybe it's a mummy - divorces can be somewhat antagonistic at times, and I haven't seen her for a while. If that were the case though, you would think he'd keep the evidence out of the pictures...

It has quite a nice garage.

Security not bad either.
So who lives there? Must be a PHer surely?

I'm sure he'd make an excellent landlord. He likes gardening and you'd get a good supply of ales, sausages and cheeses from the Duchy biggrin

That is stunning. I wonder what happens after 20 yrs? It mentions the possibility of extending but at what cost.
It is a lot of house for £850k but I suppose you don't really own it. You'd need to read the lease very carefully.

It's an interesting one. £3.5k a month on the rental market gets you a pretty special property and, if the true market valuation is correct at £3m, then £3.5k a month rental isn't far adrift from the usual yields around that valuation.

That said, £3.5 pcm rental includes maintenance...

But, it is 3.5K rental fixed for 20 years. Today 3.5K may get you an nice house but in 19 years I would assume 3.5K would get you nothing.

I quite like it, but for that sort of money you can get very much more elsewhere.

it really is amazing, although i dont think i'd be able to enjoy something that big, i struggle to use my current house to its full potential

You'd certainly need some staff to keep that in shape, but i guess there's probably some already in place who know the routine
