This one is 1/2 a mile from where I live:

I love the grounds and the exterior of the property but something went wrong with the interior...!
Under offer in less than a week!
It does seem very reasonably priced for a very handsome property in Horsham to be honest.

Yes, stuff round here doesn't stay on the market for long, we had a terrible time trying to buy a couple of years ago when we moved back to the area.

I'd be happy converting the building in Pic 17 and living there.

It must be hard to value this type of house, there are very few like it in the area and they don't change hands very often.

A good 3000ft2 house set in a few acres is around £1.2M so it's easily worth over £3M but how you get to £10M other than plucking a figure out of the air...

Probably took in to account the dogs home up the road.

It's very nice but on the approach to BIA and it's not 10m nice.

Very nice. I'm not sure about the crucifix statues in the kitchen and I can't find the second kitchen in the pics anywhere on the floor plan.

I think it's the garden room from looking at the position of the door and windows.

Very nice, almost like the ',' in the price is in the wrong place.
If I can offer one up, have gone past this place many times on my early Sunday drives and never knew what lurked behind the walls.

That pool this week might have got some use

Externally very handsome, well proportioned rooms, beautiful grounds, that decor though.

so whats wrong with it? seems cheap for what it is.

looking on google earth - theres a group of buildings opposite, which look "agricultural". theres a pool too but it looks a long way from the house - is it the houses?

One of, if not the most exclusive streets in Cheltenham, this house is a lovely example of a 1930's Cotswold Stone on a huge plot.

Interior used to be an Arts and Crafts gem.

Now my heart bleeds when I see this interior.......

Utterly crass.

Agreed - what a soul-less box it has become.
