Hopefully not a re-post?

I'd want to see if I could extend the the small sitting room a few feet along the back, but ticks a few boxes for me: views, grounds, spec, finish. Nicely separated from the farm & Wedmore's a v smart little town.
Only on condition that they remove that hideous 'fresco' off the floor of the bog in the last pic.

That would really be quite off putting when trying to curl one out.
Not a fan of toilet humour then?
I see your point - hadn't noticed, it's laid out so that the loo pedestal actually emerges from God's groin. V odd. Ironic bathroom fresco fail. Probably not owned by the local reverend...

It is pretty vile and annoying if you had run out of paper too.

Can I have the boat house please?
If you are serious you can have this one for a lot less.

Hmmm, I like that. I have no boat, it is too far away, my wife hates the water and yet I am strangely drawn to it....

Yeah that will,do,looks, like around garaging for 7 cars too. Be happy with just the tower

Edit you don't get the tower by the looks of it. Not sure about the public footpath at the end of,the garden either. The tower looks to be a holiday let so always full of strangers right at the bottom of your garden.

Not a single interior photo, suggesting the renovation required is quite considerable

But it looks like a nice building & it is in a decent spot (though the village name isn't perfect is it?)

Modest by most standards on this thread, but I have often admired this place when bottling past. I didn't know it had such an extensive renovation.
Strong money for here, and 3 bedrooms only :

As it's a new build - why's it got that awful "extension" on the front ?

OTT with the Oak too

Doesn't work for me.

That is lovely. Lots of pawn on this thread, but in the real world that could be an amazing home. Great location as well.

I suspect it's one of those properties that will generate loads of interest, go for well over the asking price, then fall through (at least once), raising the vendor's aspirations then sit.

The old Jag/Daimler outside the garage looks a tad high at the front - engine out perhaps?

The 12.5 mil Forby one has been posted numerous times before and as you've pointed out, is horrendously over priced.

I like the little mortgage repayment calculator at the bottom of the page. A £1.2m deposit makes the monthly repayment only £58k. Pretty sure that's within reach if I cut down on a couple of expenseslaugh
