Edit you don't get the tower by the looks of it. Not sure about the public footpath at the end of,the garden either. The tower looks to be a holiday let so always full of strangers right at the bottom of your garden.

That is lovely. Lots of pawn on this thread, but in the real world that could be an amazing home. Great location as well.

I suspect it's one of those properties that will generate loads of interest, go for well over the asking price, then fall through (at least once), raising the vendor's aspirations then sit.

I like the little mortgage repayment calculator at the bottom of the page. A £1.2m deposit makes the monthly repayment only £58k. Pretty sure that's within reach if I cut down on a couple of expenses
