Why do these people always seem to run out of taste long before they run out of money?

Choose one of the three (probably not the garage "conversion"), airbnb the other two and live off the revenue... Idilic.

Just a small problem of lack of the required capital.

Considering some I have posted recently, this represents good value - though a bit "lego-y"

Features include in-law suite, a Porte-Cochere (no idea - I could google it!!) but no pool!!

It's as if Disney had tried to build the town square from a cartoon princess film. You could make a live action Beauty and the Beast there!

It's amazing and appalling at the same time.

I absolutely love that.

Way out of my league but is it daft to say it isn't actually bad value?

Shiney black floor tiles are horrid. And if you are going for that look, they need to be seem less, no grout lines, and very large sets. Or better still, proper marble

It's a hideous pastiche of somewhere like Waddesdon Manor, built with new money and zero taste. Yet somehow it's the sort of place that would be wonderful to stay for a week or two on holiday with servants and total free roam of the place. But to live there, no thanks!

Certainly some outbuildings there ripe for development, into lovely garaging for 40 cars!
