Not for sale but it is someone's house http://www.stpancrasclocktower.co.uk/
That was on George Clarke's Amazing Spaces last year.
Wouldn't that be rather loud when the clock strikes?
There's never been a bell in there.

£150 a night. Looks like he does spend some time there. O/T but i wouldn't want to ever stay in a rental apartment with the owner present. Too weird and I'd be worried about waking up in the night with them standing over me...

TBH, it looks like it's been cheaply done - Victoria Plum bathrooms, etc. Plug sockets always give the game away. biggrin

This is a beautiful one near to me, fantastic village, enclosed driveway and courtyard parking with ample garaging, loads of space, private rear garden, and change from a million to buy a Range Rover. What's not to like!

The Barn conversion isn't bad but:

No garage (only carport)
Neighbours are too near (usual issue with barn conversions)

There's a double garage and a carport.

That's probably its biggest asset. But the garden area is small and all a bit too overlooked.

Ah I didn't look at floorplans - the write up says

"Ample Parking And Double Car Port" and later "ample parking and two car ports"

Sadly, the garage is only 4 meters deep, so you could barely park a Ford Fiesta in there.

That is truly hideous (house, not the cars)! Does anyone actually like interiors like that??? Utterly soulless.

The house is a OTT for me but I'm happy with the style of the interior - clean and clutter free - although I prefer warmer colours.
