It's only part of the castle I think. Other parts/wings have been converted into luxury apartments.
This. It's the library wing. Have a look at the floor plan; it doesn't match the very grand castle in picture 3.

No, why not start one? This is for high end property - let's try to keep it that way wink

I do so like the way the estate agent has avoided the word modernise in the entire advert!

This looks like good vfm:

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

Grew up in the area, 30(ish) minutes to Chester and the same to Snowdonia. Obviously needs £££ spending but can think of worse places to live!

Seems expensive to me considering its state and where it is.

First went on the market on the 19th Aug 2014 at £585,000.

Wonder if local redevelopment plans are scaring people off - page 110 onwards - http://www.denbighldp.co.uk/Webfiles/Submission/CD...

2005 plans but they usually take ages.

They actually used a place about 5 miles from where I grew up for that...

That's one of the nicest properties that I can remember seeing on this thread... I'd even like them to leave the decoration, it just fits

I shared it with a friend who asked if I liked the interior and I do. You`re right it does just fit. someone has good taste.

Yes you`re right, it is. That would be the main line from Paddington to Exeter. Dammit

I like the house so much that I think I could even forgive the train line... I suspect that in reality it's far enough away not to be a nuisance anyway... I actually live not too far away, am so tempted to go and have a look at the site (sadly I'm not prepared to waste an agent's time so an interior viewing is off the cards)

We're practically neighbours then. I'm not far at all either in Fosbury.
Where are you?
