Ha! Hadn't noticed that. As you say, without decent access a developer won't touch it but a pound to a penny that's what they're hoping.Definitely probate then, half a dozen kids and grandkids up to their eyeballs in finance hoping to get rich quick on granny's legacy.

I know the North/South thing has been done to death, here, there and everywhere, but that Northumberland country home with a relatively small 24 acres for less money would be a lot more appealing to me...! add to that the perceived provenance of being a "Royal's" house.
I love this sort of thing, I'm told the area isn't the best unfortunately..
