That Hampshire one for £900k seems very sensibly priced.
All beautiful houses in their own right.

Bedhampton = Leigh Park. The southern riveria's version of Moss Side.

Shame, it's a gorgeous proposition for the money.

£1,575,000, not particularly nice inside needs complete redecoration to drag it out of the 1980s, does come with 26 acres - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope... could be made to be very nice though.

However...

That's the first I have clicked on the 'check broadband speed' and got one that quick. And for somewhere out in the country too.

That's in Hampnett. Nice to look at, but you'll be able to hear the A40 from your pool.

The first one, Tunbridge Wells, is absolutely gipping!
Genuinely wouldn't spend more than £100k on it.

The problem with it is that the design makes absolutely no sense in the middle of the English countryside. Kind of like wearing a really nice beach outfit to a funeral.

They've even managed to make a garage ugly...!
Never in my life did I expect to be able to find a garage ugly.

They couldn't have done a worse job.

I've been to see the one in Tunbridge Wells. It isn't as bad in person, still not my thing though.

Quite remarkable. Assume that it would have a good chance of planning for a housing estate or something like that already priced in.
