Apologies if this has been asked previously, but do you ever sell these cars? Or undertake commissions?

I would absolutely LOVE to have that Senna JPS Lotus smile

Occasionally I sell but they are more a labour of love, do you have one in need of restoration?

Thread resurrection !

I have a Thistle Chieftain I am in the process of restoring can I ask where you obtained any spare parts you needed ?

One wheel and the little pressed headlights have rusted too badly to use and the tyres have gone !

I will pop up some pics later when I am home.

Just discovered this thread - what a gem!

OP, all of your projects are fantastic. thumbup

Your OH must be so laid-back - my mate bought a J40 a couple of years ago and his OH went into one in a big way when we put it in his lounge!

I was given a Triang Monte-Carlo in red one Christmas in the early 1960s - I'd love to find one of those!

Good Afternoon. I read and admired the work you did with the triang pedal car. I understand it was some time ago but I wondered if you could offer any help on obtaining parts for that particular type of car. I am about to retire and have an old car like the ones you restored, I thought it would be a nice thing to do. Mine is missing the chrome nose peace a bit of a long shot but I thought you may have a idea we’re I could obtain one. Kind Regards St John

Should any of you guys interested in these types of nostalgic items be in Porto, this is a place to tickle your interest while you stay.

Vintage bumper cars, pedal cars, petrol pumps, vacuums, all sorts of toys and tins and of course fridges, hair dryers and the odd traffic light.

Not the most celubrious of hotels but quite unusual and ok for a couple of nights in town.

Great work by the way. I can’t imagine the prep care and time for each of those. I’d like to see you work some magic on the ”batmobile” in picture 42 in the link

The little lad on the right is me, aged about 2, with his big brother and sister, sat aside a Triang Royal Prince back in 1959

Well this came up on Facebook yesterday for sale, exactly the same as mine.
Needless to say, I bought it!
