Need to buy out my ex on my recent self build, problem is I dont have an income yet as I am just finishing it off still.

Only way I can get a mortgage is on a buy to let, rent it out for a couple of years and eventually move back in when finances allow.

All the BTL mortgages it seems though want me to be earning, despite very low risk to them, rent would be treble the monthly interst only mortgage payment.

Any suggestions of lenders anyone has used recently please? it seems the market changed last month :-( before then not an issue!

Mortgage Works used to do (may still do) BTL mortgages without the need of regular income, although there rates and set up fee's were slightly high.

Worth a look.
