I tried 'Slip No more webs' from Amazon. It done the trick. It's been 5 weeks and there are still no sign of any webs at all. It's 10 quid but goes a long way.

Use this:-

+1 this should work.

If it does not you could move to Antarctica as its the only continent in the world where you can’t find spiders.

Happy days.

I know this is an old thread but I have found some good stuff that has kept the spiders away for 5 weeks so far. It's called Slip-no more webs. It's on Amazon. Seems to be very effective so far. I'll keep you updated.

Well a few weeks ago I fired 8 cameras due to scum bags breaking into my shed and car and other things.

Guess what my surprisingly good cheap cameras are now useless everyone is blocked at night by a web frown

Why is nothing ever easy ffs another problem I didn't know existed. I'll try that dethlac stuff.

I do similar but on a man-size scale. biggrin Camera is up near roof level so I've got a rag attached to one of these, extends to 6m but they go up to 9m. Saves getting ladders out all the time. smile

We have dome cameras at work, never had a spider problem in 10 or so years.

Could be the solution smile

Buy peppermint oil (Amazon) and mix with water and spray every couple of months or, as already mentioned, conkers - I line my garage with them, keeps the bu99ers at bay!

Spiderex is the only thing I've found to be even remotely effective and that doesn't last long. The best cure is probably to fit separate IR lighting and disable the internal IR LEDs through the firmware.
