Tickle the flowers with your fingers to shake pollen from the anthers to the stigma. There's still time for them to set fruit, and they'll ripen if they're in a greenhouse.

Last year I didn't have my greenhouse until mid May, and didn't even sow my tomato seeds until the first week of June - I still got a decent crop. You'll probably end up with lots of green ones that won't have time to ripen, but my wife discovered that they're quite nice fried or added to cooking for a sharper flavour. Or you could chutney them, but that sounds like too much work!
