Yup. How come the OP can't take a picture of his garden?

As he doesn't mind giving away a section of it for free, I'm going to speculate the OP's garden is that big he has got lost in it...

£3k isn't its value, it's what it cost him to build it

It cost him £3000 to build, and is worth £50.

I suspect the chap built it as somewhere to live, rather than viewing it as an investment.

what a novel idea

When I lived in Australia I lived in a metal shed in a friends garden, $20 a week.

I was called "shed boy".

It got well hot in the day but luckily there was a pool next to it.

Not sure I'd fancy the creepy crawlies in an Ozzy shed...

Just buy a large garden trampoline, tell your daughter she is welcome to use it as early in the morning as she likes, or with friends on a Saturday and Sunday morning.

Please the trampoline right next to the shed. Ideally with a few pre rusted and squeaky springs.

The constant squeaking and noise is a sure fire winner.
Funnilly enough I logged on to PH to post how I might reasonably approach the single mum who lives next to us, whose two kids scream (as in constant, ear-piercing shrieking) on the trampoline that I helped assemble for her last summer. much to my eternal regret.

Now I read about OP's shed boy I perhaps have less reason to complain!

Or do I? The noise is driving me mental. Get the trampoline, get as many of your kids mates round for a few weekends, shed boy will soon be asking you for a hand in demolishing it!
