Bit of an update, just recieved a cheque for £500 from my solicitors. Cres Nicholson agreed they are covering the liability.

Bloody happy to see my money again, I really didnt think I would. So that will be going towards a new bathroom.

Haha, nah didnt do any of that. Took lots of photos etc to make sure I wasnt blamed for anything.
