First quote back, what are peoples thoughts on it?
Monochouche with all the trimmings = £6900
Traditional Render £5100 (+ paint)

We are rendering the whole house and not just half now. It also includes the Garage.

In that case you have got reasonable quotes, a good £10 cheaper per metre than most, including me.

Check their previous jobs and make sure you're happy with their work.

Are you happy with the finish? It looks like there are a fair few blemishes and hollows on the building. The basecoat is very questionable at best. Looks far too thin and no scrim should be showing through the basecoat, how is it with the sun on it?
