Hi folks, any flooring gurus available for quick advice?

Which adhesive for engineered wood flooring being laid throughout downstairs onto chipboard sheet sub floor? Am I ok with a simple grab adhesive and should I seal the sub-floor with a PVA solution first?

Or is there a better option especially as this will be through the hall and kitchen?

Cheers

Sika T54, it's expensive but it does the job. It's around £8 per square meter.

The last time I glued a large area I used the glue that comes in the sausages, more recently I used a high strength glue that is applied using a standard skeleton gun .

Lecol ms 290 or ms230 as it's called now is worth a look to, it has a good grab when laying engineered floors.

Being a polymer glue it will expand and contract with the floor.

Thanks guys, had a quick look and they all seem to be similar. Assume it's down to personal taste rather than one being better than another?
Any recommendations for suppliers or just walk into local builders merchant? I've got about 60 m2 so will need a barrow load smile
