I've had no problem with bath store , there delivery drivers are idiots but the ones that delivered where subbies. Shop staff are helpful and are very generous with discounts. Even replaced a damaged item that sat in my garage for 6weeks before I noticed it.

as above, we perchased a bath very early and had it sat in the spare room for nearly a year, once installed for a further year the motor broke for the jets, this was replace FOC.

Parents have used them 5 times - everything went well but, the sinks are all crazing and numerous tap and cistern faults.

Probably just cheap components, and nothing that was not easily fixed.

Showers and baths have been fine.

I have installed 8+ Bathstore bathrooms, when customers have specifically asked for their product, usually due to a style they like.

For the price point their stuff is generally fine.

Vanity units / fitted furniture is sprayed, rather than vinyl, so not likely to last as well in a damp environment.

Many of the stores are franchises, so maybe the service varies between showrooms?

The only thing in our bathroom that came from Bathstore was the showerscreen and it is the only thing we aren't happy with.
