Plans for building regs - extension

Hi all
Hoping to get some recommendations. I've had some plans drawn up and obtained planning permission. I now need to get plans drawn up for building regs purposes and to get builders to quote for the work. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced draughtsman/ architect for this? The guy who did the original plans has moved away from London and even though he has promised to revert to me and I've chased him 3 times in as many weeks has not responded so I'm not going to give him the work.

I'm based in West London
