Can you get extra long screens with a static glass panel which then goes into the main screen?
Yes. and if lucky you may find one that has the fixed panel the same size as the raised tile. Then if you buy an extra long wiper, it may work. But I suspect you will always have a sealing issue, as you will not be installing the bath shower screen as it is intended.
The lowest cost option to do this correctly, would be to remove the existing bath, remove the box, assuming you have a combi boiler, take the feeds from the bath hot and cold, chase the pipes into the wall and set them for a surface mount bar mixer, refit bath against wall, re-tile, fit mixer, fit bath shower screen.

Okay I'll suggest it to the plumberBut I suspect you will always have a sealing issue, as you will not be installing the bath shower screen as it is intended.

We had a similar layout in our old (showerless) bathroom, but we kept the bath in the same place, but had a stud wall build to replace the boxing (floor to ceiling) the pipes for the shower were run in the void, avoiding the need for chasing in.
The total cost for the whole room was £4k, including Grohe brassware and labour, so easily doable for less.

Ok had one chap round and suggested using a digital aqualina shower and leave rest as it is. Think he will run pipes inside cavity.
Not sure though as will need the long screen and sort tiles to make them flush....
Do you want a digital shower? Unnecessary addition of failure prone electronics IMO, mechanical thermostatic showers work fine. Not sure though as will need the long screen and sort tiles to make them flush....
I'd consider the potential return on a slick new bathroom if selling the house to, if it comes down to a spending a bit more over just installing the essentials
