Tricky one. You don't really want to seal any moisture in, far better for it to breathe. I've used Thompson moisture seal on brickwork before. You'd have to have a read up on it re. it's use on render/pebbledash.

Thanks. Just found stuff. Seems to be that it's best to let it dry for a couple of weeks before applying. *looks at weather forecast*
