I use the fein multi tool at work, we've got three of them and they are great, but chuffing expensive. For myself I tried the Stanley fatmax version, and to be honest it's pretty good! Fast blade change compared to the fein, other than that they are pretty similar. It's been given a hard workout over the last year and it's never let me down once. Been great for cutting sockets in the skirtings!

I use Saxon blades for both the work feins and my fatmax, much better prices and 95% of the quality.

I've got a mains powered Bosch multitool, haven't used another brand, so can't compare. But I'm very impressed with it. It's worth it's weight in gold for making neat cuts in floor boards! It's pretty much made my circular saw redundant.

Only the price of the blades lets it down.

Got one of those 4V Lithium Ion Q-Tip Revolver drivers last week.

Usually £40 but managed to get it for £14.50 with a voucher.

Really solid and iv'e used it for quite a lot.

I have a 12V battery Black and Decker and the 4V Worx wipes the floor with it.

We have the Fein Multimaster at work, and yep its great, the quality is fantastic. For a bit of DIY its massive overkill.

I got the Workx one over Easter Weekend, as I needed to cut some floor boards, its really really good for occasional use, you get adapter rings so you can use Bosch, Euroburer bits etc.
Personally I would not bother paying extra for a quick change, the regular one is only one allen bolt.

I picked up the worx one linked by the OP from homebase for £35 (last one!) and its good so far.

This will take take just about any brand tool as it has a multi-fit head.
