ETA not that it matters, they will comply if forced and peel the window cover off the day after the inspector has visited. I'd just let the hedge grow.

Bungalows tend to have larger plots compared to houses of similar internal area. This means more space for additional garaging (this is PH, after all).That was a major motivation for me when I purchased my home (a bungalow). Once I was settled, up went a 29.7 square metre garage (under permitted development) in the back garden. I won't be putting up any dormers though.
