Hi I'm trying to work out whether a thin self levelling screed is an option and the Gyvlon seems ideal with a plant nearby too.

They won't give me a price as I'm not "an approved installer" - it seems silly to mess trades around if the price is too high and I was hoping to work out a budget cost tonight.

Anyone bought some or something similar ?

Thanks

We usually charge £21ish per sq m at a depth of 55mm. Hope that helps. That is a fully installed price though. Where abouts are you based as we may be able to help
Hope also do a similar product but does have a latency that rises to the top which needs removing prior to any covering but is cheaper at about £18 per sq m

Regards

Nigel

Thanks.

I'm in Warwickshire.

Could you give me a guide on what the material cost is on 5m3 ?

I'm weighing it up against a timber floating floor (want to insulat an existing slab) and at £21/m2 it isn't worth doing.

Without checking I seem to think its around 385 per cu metre . Wooden floating floor is going to far cheaper.

I got a price for a customer this week, £1200 plus VAT for 2 cubic metres, laid. It was a long way from a Lafarge plant that batched it.
