Hi - just bought my first house; 3 bed stone semi detached house c1880 with rear 2 floor extension. I love it, but it needs a basic touch up. I'd really like to add a bay window extension at the front, just ground floor to make the living room lighter, sash windows to keep the feel of the property. This is to be my home, rather than a do-up and sell..

So - how much would something like this approximately cost?
