Where else to look for a rental?
Discussion
Currently looking for a new rental home, ideally were after something relatively new build and hopefully with a modern kitchen/bathroom.
Problem I'm having is, when looking on Rightmove/Zoopla etc. nothing like that really comes up. Is there anywhere else I should be looking or is it just a case of crossing my fingers and being patient?
Thanks!

Gumtree, depends on your area I guess. In Brighton it's very popular with private landlords.
Agreed. I have a few BTL's and I advertise them through Gumtree. Renting direct from the Landlord has some advantages. EA fees can be big, and they will want to push the rent up each year as it increases their margin. when I get a good tenant I don't push the rent up as I want them to stay.
