I'll ask the builder mate. I just pointed at some bricks on a nearby barn conversion and said, like them!

19m x17m L shape x 7m depth and a 2m overhang all round. Four x 7m x 3m bays each with a 4 post lift, a 7m x 7m games room and a 6m x 7m gym plus an overhang on the gable end of 7m x 4m for a hot tub.
