As above really.

Need something basic to cover my father-in-laws house now that no one is there.

Wireless, 3 or 4 zones and 2 door contacts. Voice dialer would be ideal but not a deal breaker.

If it's a wireless kit why don't you do it yourself? The Yale kit from screwfix its very good. 4 zones is very small, mounting the bell will be the hardest part

This, look into the VISONIC powermax express kit (some kits don't have a bell so choose the correct one) should cover your needs well, has a built in gsm dialler too. Fitted loads, an excellent bit of kit.

This, look into the VISONIC powermax express kit (some kits don't have a bell so choose the correct one) should cover your needs well, has a built in gsm dialler too. Fitted loads, an excellent bit of kit.

Try Gardiner Alarms(Simon Gardiner).Ive used him many times over the last 15 years or so for domestic and commercial properties and always done a good job at a reasonable price.
