I live in a terraced house and share my gutters with my neighbour (rented house). I need to get my gutters cleaned and it seems a bit stupid just getting mine cleaned without the neighbours getting theirs cleaned. I have had a quote of £30 for my neighbours to be cleared, would it be rude to send the landlord an email suggesting we get them all cleaned at the same time? or just get my gutters cleared and risk it getting clogged up again?

How about two lots at £25 each? You save £5, guttering bloke gets an extra £20 for not much. Win win!

Gutter guy is doing my windows, clearing my gutters and washing all the fascia etc for £50 and offered to just clear the neighbours gutters for £30.

Isn't this the landlords problem.

I have the same issue - I clean the rental property's gutters at the same time as mine and don't bill them. But that's because it's their end that gets clogged up with moss and acts as a dam - and it's my gutters that overflow!
