Hi all, not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes. Does anyone possibly know what sort of ballpark figure i could be looking at to have a 20 inch bicycle wheel cnc cut out of a plastic/nylon type material.
Think along the lines of the old bmx skyway wheels but with 9 spokes.

cheers all smile

Are you supplying the program, or a 3d CAD drawing, or just a sketch? Tahes no time to machine the stuff, but unless you have a program it won't be cheap!

It depends on the type of polymer, whether you have a usable solid model etc.

This work is exactly what I do so send me a drawing and I can give you a quote.

Difficult to say but we charge £35 hour for programming and set up then £20 hour for maching time. Number of setups required will greatly increase the price.
