I have a Honeywell T6360 on the wall and want to replace it, ideally with a wireless one, but worst case, a digital thermostat.
Can anyone advise if it can be swapped for a wireless one?
If it can, and advise on a simple wireless one?

The thermostat is in a hall, by a external door and useless. I can't add wires to that spot.

The stat will be hard wired back to a wiring centre. Find this, swap the old stat wires for your new wireless receiver installation. Then remove and repair the wall where the now defunct wired stat is. Make sure the old cable is decomissioned.

Place your new wireless transmitter (stat) where you require it and test.

Easiest way is to get a wireless one you can either find the wiring centre and disconnect the old one there or you can wire in the receiver where your room stat is at present using the existing wires and just put the new wireless stat on a wall somewhere else. (If you don't mind having a plain relay box on the wall?).
