Looking for smart/ motion detecting CCTV cameras.

I want to find outdoor ( and indoor ) cameras that are smart enough to detect change in what they are seeing - and then transmit the images to a centralised service ( e.g. Mangocam )

I don't want them continuously recording when nothing is happening ( eats up my broadband band with )


Is there anything out there that reliably does this?

There are geekier options too, like PoE IP cameras, either stand-alone or wired up to a Synology NAS running Surveillance Station.
