Any Experiences of On Line Lettings/ Rental Agents?

Following on from the on line Estate Agents thread. Has anybody used an on line letting agent /maintenance service to manage their buy to let?

Have used on online letting agent to put advert on Rightmove etc and do credit checks. No management involved though. About £60 IIRC.

Worked out well.
