So, the block where I live has an absolutely rubbish managing agent, that we cannot get rid of.
It takes forever and a day to get anything done.
We are looking at trying to get the car park resurfaced this year (In fact the previous estate manager suggested it needed doing a couple of years ago)
I have no idea what this would cost, any ideas please?

We've just had a school playground done in 12 ton rated (Emergency service access) that was approx 600m2 and cost us 38k.

Original surface planed and isolated repairs carried out.

yikes

I have no idea how big 600 m2 is, but I am hoping it's a lot bigger than this!

About the same I'd guess.

15 car parking spaces at 2.4m wide (standard width) is 36m long. Say 17m wide gives about 600m2 (612m2)

Does it need the same 12 ton rating though?

Is it just domestic cars using it, or will the bin lorry be driving on it?

600m2 would be, for example, 30metres x 20 metres. An average parking space is about 2.4 metres wide and 4.8 metres long.

pretty much domestic cars.
The bin lorries don't actually come into the car park.
Only other things is the occasional delivery vehicle, and we had a couple of fire engines once!

You'll still need to assume removal wagons will use it.

Just had our drive done. Approx 400m sq. Dug down to a depth of about 15cm and 80 ton of old material removed. Levelled and graded. 10cm of 20mm base layer and 5-6cm of 6mm finish tarmac laid. Cost about £14k.

Pic for size reference. Yes, it's ridiculous for a residential drive, I know.
