So, regarding these drawings I've got - will they be suitable for Planning Permission? Don't want to start spending money in the wrong place

Afraid I can't really help advise re planning but great build thread so far.

It's been a bit quite on this thread due to some family ill-health (priorities et al).

I'm now cracking on with the build as mortgages/funding costs are at an all-time low - best get on it before it's too late!

Soooo..... I'm looking at my planning permission (the portal is AMAZING)...... I think I've got the next bit sorted, but could do with some advise on the required documentation - namely the plans you have to buy (Site Location & Block Plan).....

I've attached screen grabs of what I've got so far. Do I need any more detail on them? Or am I good to go?

My (limited) understanding is that one's just a more detailed "zoom" of the other......

right?


I've also had a bit of a change of heart about the internal layout - (studio away from house, and cloakroom WC back under the stairs) - makes for the addition of a dining room.
