You could hire a concrete crusher so you can smash it up and re lay in 1 go (ish)

Skips are £200+ these days, and I would think you'd get 16 X 9's worth of rubble and stuff in a single 6 yarder... Just a thought. Go with the previous poster and make your own hardcore !

In your situation, short of money, I would do either of those jobs now. A shed is better on a base of slabs; pick up some 2' x 2' standard flags free on gumtree and lay them on a sprinkling of sand below.

For the hard standing to be removed you may well find that useful for materials coming in and out, eg where will old rads be dumped? It will also be useful fo sawing horses and mixing mortar, etc.
