Made.com - are they as useless as i keep reading?

Made.com do a few things that i quite like the look of. I'm looking for an armchair for the living room that mainly just looks good and is well priced. It won't get used that often. However, Made.com just seem to have post after post of complaints on their Facebook page. I know that obviously people only comment if they have problems, so maybe there are many more happy customers out there?

Has anyone used them and can share their experience?

I've got a massive floor standing angle poise lamp from them. Had to wait for the right number of order for delivery. But it was painless and once the lamp arrived it was well made.

No probs from me.

We ordered a bed from them ages ago.
Went to the showroom in west london and had a bounce on one, seemed really good and so did all the other stuff they had.
They delivered when they said they would, unfortunately it wouldn't fit up our stairs so we had to return it.
No problem, they picked up when they said they would and returned our money quickly.
Also bought a floor standing lamp from them and that was really nice, not amazingly great quality but it was only £99.

I bought some cushions from them last year for the mother, and just remember them being remarkably poor on all fronts. The customer service was like conversing with children, just painfully slow & patronising.

We bought a sofa for SWMBO's flat from them. Good service, good price, I'm happy with the quality given what was paid. No complaints from over here.

I bought a coffee table and a rug and had no problems at all.
Delivery was perfect rang a couple of days before then the driver called an hour before delivery.
Great service.
