Nice looking internal vent for air brick - does it exist?

Looking for a replacement for the horrible white plastic vent that used to be in our bathroom. We are tiling all over with 9mm tiles so would like something that could sit flush with these, but can only seem to find horrible plastic things.

Air brick is one brick wide and two high.

Any suggestions for nicer looking vents?

I've bought external ones from the cast iron brick company. They also do internal grills.
