Hi all, does anyone know what the rules are relating to wooden out buildings?

In particular, how big I can build it without needing planning permissions. I have quiet a big front garden, and nowhere to store stuff. I'm not talking about a full on double garage for a car, but just a big shed for kids bikes, toys, etc (when I say big, I mean could I build it 4m X 5m?). I don't need any big height, and would probably just have a felt sloping roof.

Cheers all for any advice.

Out front needs planning permission I think unless it's temporary and able to be moved.

It's definitely temporary, the kids bikes/scooter/etc and when they're a bit older I'll take it down.

Planning legislation defines temporary as no more than 28 days in a calendar year.
