13 months of evenings and weekends, and stage one is complete. Scaffold down in 5 hours !

well thats looking bloody good mate! we have decided not to do ours but are looking to move. due to lack of whats available that I'm happy with i have even started to look at bungalows.
How would you know a bungalow is suitable for a re roofing loft conversion like this without digging down and looking at foundations? if it has a roof and a loft does it even matter? technically its not adding an enormous amount of weight.....or is it
