Have you emailed Twyford with a picture? Even if they don't produce them anymore, they may be able to tell you the name so you can search elsewhere.

Look at the lettering inside the lid. This will tell the merchant what model it is. Also take the photo with you. There may also be a date in there.
Once you have that information you may even be able to locate one on ebay

Like I say, I think it's a Twyford suite in there but the pan has no markings on it. Would be about 10-12 years old.
What's all the patching in around back?
I think that's because it doesn't go flush.

Yeah, the pan backs onto a cupboard/unit that contains the cistern and whoever fitted it out had to use a piece of plastic trim to bridge the gap at the bottom. Builders, eh?

'Built in' spells a bit more trouble/care taken to fit, than a good old fashioned free standing pan.
