Another thing on my list of things to do.

I've been fighting the VAT man for a rebate the past three months so everything else has taken a back seat. It's a hundred times bigger than the electric-stealing issue and only one of me to work through the paperwork.... Being busy seems to make some contributors angry, sorry about that!
