That's good to know - I'm going to go have another look at both places again now that both sheds have been pulled down - took two days! Old man had a fit when he saw all the smoke coming off the angle grinder!

We have decided on 10 x 7 ; - Do you reckon 10 x 7 is enough to have the bike on paddock stands and work on it with enough room to maneuver, without being crouched over like an old dot?

Bike is a 636.

I am also probably going to get an enduro over the winter months knowing my penchant for two stroke.

Mock it up with chalk on the ground, personally especially if you want to insulate I reckon 11 x 8 is the minimum for access all round

I have a 12x10 and that's tight with a table, tools and 4 bikes 😁
