Ventilation Roof Tiles
Discussion
Having just moved into our new house we are going to follow advice from the survey and install ventilation tiles to the loft space which currently has no ventilation.
I have been advised I need four of these, two to the front and two to the rear in order to provide worthwhile ventilation.
Whist the roofer is here I am also going to get them to patch around a velux window that the felt is lifting from, causing minor water seepage inside.
What "in the region of" price can I expect to be quoted including VAT for this whole job from a local reputable roofer?
Thanks

Had a quote for 90 per tile of which i need 4.
Hi,I had exactly the same job done - it was about £180 all in, but that was a few years ago.
These are similar to mine : http://www.frrc.co.uk/catalogue/wp-content/uploads...
Hope this helps.

Thanks.
The 90 was inclusive of vat and fitting and they are also going to patch some area's of flat felt roof where water is seeping in.
Just wondered if it was there or thereabouts and it seems to be.
Things seems to have rocketed in cost over the last few years.
I know a good guy that covers Aylesbury if that helps? The 90 was inclusive of vat and fitting and they are also going to patch some area's of flat felt roof where water is seeping in.
