On the flip side we just bought a new Sebo vacuum and from Go Electrical it was £50 cheaper than JL and JL would not price match.

JL said 14 days for delivery. Go delivered two days after ordering.

I'm a fan of JL but they are not guaranteed to be the best bet.

Miele products are top end, and what needs to be remembered is that when they go wrong out of warranty, they will be expensive to repair.

They occasionally offer 10 year warranty, mainly on their washing machines, and even then, only certain models.

However.....

Miele 'care' is on the downhill slope.

They are now focussing their operations on commercial and industrial sales as that is where the money is.

Their domestic products are very expensive, and nowadays, you can get the same quality cheaper.

Having said that, we havent had any real problems with ours.
