Yeah I'm not sure I'd be happy with that - and induction job is a serious piece of kit in terms of power draw/. I would probably ask them to pay for the manufacturer to ecertify.
My Neff was fine, it didnt clean it at all so Im not going to bother again. Need to make sure you take everything out it tells you to though. How dirty does an oven get anyway?
