Just had our Harrison Pearl 6000 delivered this week.

Love it. Could spend all day in that bed!

A handful of John Lewis stores have them on display and we went to look at it yesterday and were a bit disappointed after reading the rave reviews. We'll be going for a Tempur instead... biggrin

We returned our John Ryan. Was not wearing well and turning it was a royal PITA as it must have been close on 100kg.

We now have a memory foam mattress and its loads better.

mattress man

1000 pocket spring Silentnight Medium Firm Kingsize £250 free delivery. Seems fine to me.

With the caveat that sadly, since I bought it in May, its only been me in it to test it out laughfrown

This is what I have now and I do not like it. I wake up every morning feeling like I've had the st kicked out of me.

We've had a Leesa for 30 days now. Its going back.
Every night I wake up around 4am with a sore back.
It manages to be too hard AND too soft all at once.

Ordered a Tempur Sensation.

Had an Ergoflex beforehand and it was pretty much identical to a tempur original. We liked it but I found it just a tad too firm, otherwise we would have kept it.

Sorry to hear about the John Ryan experiences. I was very impressed by their website and marketing bumpf.

We are enjoying a Flaxby mattress by Dreams. Best mattress we have had. Hopefully it will last well.

We bought a vi spring emperor size bed so its roughly 2m in each direction, its brilliant, you have room to get away from each other, very very comfortable, the only downside is buying linen in that size costs bundles

I can probably tell you the spec and model of every car and motorcycle I've owned in 40 years but haven't got a clue which model bed other than its a Vi Spring, I will have a look under the mattress tonight and find out.

having 2m x 2m is brilliant it also means you can rotate the mattress not only by turning it over but also by turning through 90 degrees

Could I ask where you bought it from please?

I do like the feature of bring able to turn it 90 degrees.

Ta.

As you know, Vispring sells a massive range of mattresses (with a similarly large range of prices) so it would be good to hear a recommendation.

I also like the sound of not having to turn over such a heavy mattress.

I called home its a vi spring membury large emperor, turns out its actually bigger than I thought its 215cm x 217cm, I always thought it was square, I also see from the spec its 85kg. It was about £3k, but as I spend a third of my life on it why be cheap about it
