Hard Wiring the integrated cooker to the cooker outlet plate. just after a second opinion on the wiring diameter.

RCD:B20A
Cooker rated at 3.85KW
Cooker fuse rated 16A
Cooker 230V 50Hz

6mm2 T&E?

2.5 mm2 t & e will be fine as long as it's not buried , buried ok for 17 amps . In free air it's ok for well in excess of 20 amps , 6mm2"would be serious overkill

4mm heat resistant flex would be a far better option. T&E isn't really designed to be used in appliance connections. Although many use it for that purpose.
