New build homes East Lothian - 10 years old and not sold

I viewed these houses back in 2006 twice as we were at the time looking to buy in the area.
Overall they were well finished and nice location with good views but there was something about the development that didn’t sit well with us.
At the time I think only one was actually sold and was occupied and the rest were unoccupied and had been since they were built which we found odd.
Also with the pylons being close you can’t help but hear the buzzing of them it was the first thing we heard getting out of the car.
Interesting to hear they are still available after all these years.
