Has anyone used this as a furniture protection plan?
My nana is thinking of getting it as it apparently covers against cat scratches, wine stains and so on. However reading reviews online it has 1.4/10, however when reading the reviews, half of the complaints get a reply from guardsman saying they must be talking about the USA guardsman company, so i dont know what to think

One possible 'get-out' I sensed was that they'll only allow you to use their own (very expensive and not very good) cleaning products. The salesman tried to sell me box of damp tissues for £40; I told him no thanks.
What do you mean? The policy is for coming out and removing stains so i dont think i would need to buy cleaning products?dieseluser07 said:

The inference was that if you hadn't used their 'approved' cleaning products the warranty could be void. Mind you I don't see how you/they could prove whether you had or not...Gassing Station | Homes, Gardens and DIY | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
