Leaving a house empty for up to 2 months

There's little substitute for having someone routinely visit the home.

Occasionally criminals will mark a property to see if it's being visited. That might be something as simple as a small stone on the top lip of the letterbox, or a noticeable twig accross a footpath.

thanks all, I've just been given a completion date of 19th July, so thankfully only a couple of weeks that its going to be empty for.
